The Lagos State Commandant of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Mr. Adedotun Keshinro, has congratulated the Commandant General, Ahmed Abubakar Audi, PhD, mni, OFR, on his well-deserved re-appointment for a second five-year tenure.
The re-appointment was approved by the President and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR. The Lagos State Commandant described the decision as a demonstration of the President’s confidence in the exemplary leadership and remarkable achievements of the Commandant General.
On behalf of the management and personnel of the Lagos State Command, Mr. Keshinro expressed profound appreciation to Mr. President for re-appointing the indefatigable CG. He noted that the renewed mandate would further strengthen ongoing reforms and support multidimensional, pragmatic, and dynamic innovations within the Corps.
He added that the continuity in leadership would promote institutional stability, deepen inter-agency collaboration, and enhance progress within the nation’s security architecture, ultimately advancing the Corps’ mandate of safeguarding critical national assets and protecting lives and property.
