The Controller General of the Federal Fire Service, Olumode Samuel Adeyemi, on Wednesday, 4 February 2026, presented the Most Outstanding Instructor Award to Assistant Superintendent of Fire II (ASF II) Ekene Isaac at a dinner organised by the Service at the NDLEA Academy Training School.
The award was conferred in recognition of ASF II Isaac’s exceptional instructional competence, unwavering dedication, and significant contribution to the successful completion of the rigorous nine-week training programme for Federal Fire Service Officer Cadets Course 06. Other instructors who distinguished themselves in various categories were also honoured for their professionalism and commitment to excellence.
The dinner provided a dignified platform for reflection, appreciation, and camaraderie among the officer cadets and instructors, while reinforcing the Service’s culture of merit and excellence. The event formed part of activities preceding the Passing Out Parade, which holds today and marks the formal transition of the cadets into the next phase of their professional careers.
