CBN Jalingo Branch Pays Courtesy Visit to Taraba Fire Service Controller


The Acting State Controller of the Federal Fire Service, Taraba State Command, ACF Yakubu Samson Dungus, MIDRMSS, has received the Branch Controller of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Jalingo Branch, Mr. Haruna Jonah, who paid him a courtesy visit at his office.
Speaking during the visit, Mr. Jonah stated that the purpose of the visit was to express appreciation to the Federal Fire Service for the invaluable services rendered to Taraba State and, in particular, to the CBN Jalingo Branch. He highlighted the regular fire safety lectures and evacuation drills conducted by the Command for CBN staff as key contributions that have enhanced safety awareness and preparedness within the Bank.
In his response, ACF Yakubu Samson Dungus warmly welcomed the Branch Controller and his team and thanked them for the visit. He reaffirmed the Command’s commitment to sustaining and strengthening its collaboration with the Central Bank of Nigeria in promoting fire safety awareness and fostering a strong safety culture within the CBN environment and the wider community.
The visit concluded with the presentation of souvenirs and the taking of group photographs.
