People’s Security Monitor Editor-in-Chief Visits Fire Service CG, Advocates Stronger Safety Partnership

The Editor in Chief of People’s Security Monitor Isiaka Mustapha has paid a courtesy visit to the Controller General of the Federal Fire Service Samuel Olumode at the Service Headquarters in Abuja to discuss areas of mutual cooperation in promoting public safety and awareness.

During the visit Mr Mustapha commended the Federal Fire Service for its continuous efforts in saving lives and protecting critical infrastructure through timely response to emergencies across the country. He noted that effective communication between security and safety institutions and the public is vital for national development and public confidence.

He emphasized that People’s Security Monitor as a specialized security and safety media outlet remains committed to supporting government agencies in amplifying their achievements sensitizing citizens and promoting preventive safety culture nationwide.

In his response Controller General Adeyemi appreciated the visit and described the gesture as timely and encouraging. He acknowledged the crucial role of the media in public enlightenment saying that strategic partnerships with credible media platforms such as Peoples Security Monitor would help the Service reach more communities with fire prevention and emergency response information.

Both parties discussed future collaboration in public awareness campaigns capacity building programmes and improved media visibility for the Fire Service activities.

The visit concluded with an exchange of goodwill messages and a shared commitment to deepen the partnership between the media and the Federal Fire Service in advancing safety and security consciousness across Nigeria.
