KATSINA NSCDC COMMANDANT, AMINU AHMAD GETS EXCELLENCE AWARD

The Special Assistant to the Executive Governor of Katsina State on special needs Hon. Umar Jibril Bindawa has presented an award of excellence to the State Commandant, Commandant of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, Aminu Datti Ahmad, at the Command Headquarters Katsina, Katsina State.

The Special Assistant who described the State Commandant as a dedicated leader shortly after the presentation of the award stated that the honour was in recognition of the State Commandant stewardship to move the Command forward, as well as promoting safety and security in the State.

“We have been carefully following the activities and leadership strategies of Commandant Ahmad in steering the NSCDC Katsina Command.
“His leadership strategies, commitment to safety, security and his style of inclusiveness are worthy of commendation.” the SA reiterated.

In his remarks, Ahmad stated that the Commandant General of the NSCDC, Dr. Ahmed Audi’s commitment to excellence, professionalism and dedication in the Corps is highly commendable and that explains the brilliantperformance of the State NSCDC.
He also commeded Governor Dikko Umaru Radda for his support and contributions to the Corps in the State.

Ahmad however thanked the Special Assistant to the Governor on special needs and his team for the honour.

In another development, the State Commandant has received Director, National Orientation Agency Alh. Muntari Lawal Tsagem in his office.
Mr Tsagem thanked the State Commandant for the warm reception accorded to him and his team during the visit.He also presented standard National Flag and National anthem to Commandant Ahmad.

In his response, the State Commandant welcomed the Director and his team to the Command and reaffirmed the commitment of the Corps to collaborate with NOA and promote standard in the service.
