JUST IN: Ex-NYSC DG Brig-Gen Tsiga, kidnapped, as bandits attacked Katsina community early this morning

In a renewed onslaught, daring bandits have attacked Tsiga community in Bakori local government area of Katsina State and held hostage several residents, including a former Director-General of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), Brigadier General Maharazu Tsiga (rtd)

The deadly attack occurred in the early this morning, precisely around 12:30am when armed bandits stormed the community, causing panic and chaos among residents.

All relevant security agencies, we learnt have been informed of the armed bandits attack for necessary action as at the time of filling this report.
