NIGERIAN ARMY RESOURCE CENTRE HOLDS MONTHLY LECTURE

The 54th Edition of the Nigerian Army Resource Center Monthly Lecture Series titled “Dysfunctionality in Local Government Administration and Rural Insecurity in Nigeria” being delivered by Professor Kenneth Azaigba, Department of History, Federal University, Dutsin-Ma, Katsina State, at Hall F ML Agwai Block on 31 July 2024.

The lecture series also witnessed the conferment of Follows of NARC to distinguished members of the center, some of which are; the Military Secretary (Army) Maj Gen EF Oyinlola ably represented, Col OR Akerele (Rtd), Lt Col PG Amanze, Mr Jerry James Kato and Mr Ugwu Emeka Donald.
In attendance were, the Special Guest of Honour, the Chief of Army Staff Lt Gen TA Lagbaja ably represented by Maj Gen OS Abai, reps of the CDS, the Service Chiefs, CDI, among others.
