Interior Ministry Retreat: Agencies Present 2025 Performance Scorecards


Day two of the 2026 Sectoral Retreat of the Federal Ministry of Interior focused on reviewing the 2025 performance scorecards presented by agencies under the ministry as part of efforts to assess progress and enhance service delivery.
During the session, various agencies outlined key achievements, challenges encountered, and progress made over the past year. The presentations were aimed at evaluating institutional performance and reinforcing accountability within the ministry and its agencies.
In his response, the Minister of Interior commended the agencies for their efforts while stressing the importance of improved efficiency, measurable outcomes, and stronger inter-agency collaboration. Participants also took part in breakout sessions designed to review results and strengthen commitments toward improved service delivery.
The day’s activities were capped with an engaging musical performance by the band of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, which provided entertainment for participants and added colour to the retreat proceedings.
