The staff of the National Judicial Institute have expressed deep appreciation to the Administrator, Hon. Justice Babatunde A. Adejumo, OFR, following the restoration of the Workshop Allowance. The move fulfills a longstanding commitment made by the Administrator since his assumption of office.

Speaking on behalf of the staff, Kolade Umoru, Head of Information and Public Relations, described the gesture as a clear demonstration of the Administrator’s dedication to the welfare and wellbeing of employees.

The reinstatement of the allowance is expected to significantly improve staff motivation and encourage higher levels of performance across the Institute. Employees see it as recognition of their contributions and an incentive to maintain excellence in service delivery.

Staff members have also commended the Management team for supporting the initiative and for their continuous efforts to enhance working conditions. The collaborative approach between leadership and staff is viewed as a positive step toward institutional growth.

The Administrator’s action reflects a broader commitment to staff welfare, demonstrating that the Institute’s leadership values the dedication and hard work of its employees. Observers believe this move will set a benchmark for employee relations within the public sector.

With the Workshop Allowance restored, the staff are now better positioned to focus on delivering their mandate efficiently, contributing to the overall improvement of the Institute’s output and reputation.
