NSCDC TRAINS PERSONNEL ON ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AND CASE MANAGEMENT TO ENHANCE SERVICE DELIVERY

The State Commandant of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Sokoto State Command, Commandant Emmanuel Adesina Ajayi (CC EA Ajayi), has urged participants of a two-day capacity building workshop on Artificial Intelligence and Case Handling to maximize the opportunity to improve their professional competence and efficiency in service delivery.

The training, organized in collaboration with Galaxy Digital World Limited, is designed to broaden participants’ intellectual capacity, enhance self-awareness, and strengthen their understanding of their roles in achieving effective and result-oriented service delivery.

Commandant Ajayi noted that the initiative is in line with the vision of the Commandant General, Prof. Ahmed Abubakar Audi, mni, OFR, who has consistently championed the repositioning of the Corps for greater professionalism, discipline, and improved operational performance.

He emphasized that continuous training and retraining of personnel remain crucial to fulfilling the Corps’ core mandate of protecting lives and property, adding that the exercise will expose participants to modern approaches in leadership, productivity, and field operations.

The programme, themed “Enhancing Service Delivery”, features key discussions on Artificial Intelligence and Case Handling, aimed at equipping officers with contemporary skills for efficient and effective service performance.
