Security Spokespersons Forum Pays Courtesy Visit to Fire Service Controller General


A forum of spokespersons drawn from various security and paramilitary agencies on Friday paid a courtesy visit to the Controller General of the Federal Fire Service (FFS), Olumode Samuel Adeyemi, at the FFS Headquarters in Abuja.

The visit, led by Deputy Controller of Corrections Abubakar Umar, the PRO of the Nigerian Correctional Service, aimed at strengthening inter-agency collaboration, fostering unity, and promoting a coordinated approach to public communication in the interest of national security and public safety. He was accompanied by Lt. Colonel O. A. Anele, Acting Director of Army Public Relations, and Chief Superintendent Babawale Afolabi, PRO of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC).

Welcoming the delegation, the Controller General commended the initiative and stressed that effective communication and inter-agency synergy are vital to building public trust and ensuring collective security across the nation.
