The State Commandant of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Abia State Command, Commandant Akinsola Aderemi, received the Curator of the National War Museum, Mrs. Stella Alao, and her team during a courtesy visit to the Command Headquarters.

During the visit, Mrs. Alao briefed the Commandant and senior officers on the mission and vision of the National War Museum and its vital role in preserving Nigeria’s military history. The discussions centered on fostering mutual understanding and exploring avenues of collaboration to safeguard national heritage.

Commandant Akinsola reaffirmed the Command’s commitment to protecting Critical National Assets, while also emphasizing the Corps’ role in promoting peace and unity across the state.

In her remarks, Mrs. Alao commended the NSCDC for its dedication to safeguarding lives and property and expressed the Museum’s readiness to collaborate with the Corps on initiatives that enhance national security and community development.
