POLICE SERVICE COMMISSION TO PARTNER WITH RADAH MEDIA COMPANY ON STRATEGIC COMMUNICATION AND TECHNOLOGY

The Management of the Police Service Commission (PSC), on Tuesday, September 23, 2025, held a meeting with a delegation from Radah Media Company led by its founder, Oge Funlola Modie, to explore opportunities for a strategic partnership that will benefit both organisations.

While receiving the team in his office, the Chairman of the Commission, DIG Hashimu Argungu (Rtd), mni, expressed the Commission’s readiness to collaborate with the company in advancing its constitutional mandate of police recruitment, promotion, and discipline. He emphasized that the PSC welcomes any partnership that can enhance the operations of the Nigeria Police Force, particularly in ways that reduce crime and ensure the protection of lives and property.

DIG Argungu, however, noted that inadequate funding has continued to hamper the Commission’s professional efficiency and effectiveness. He stressed the importance of strategic communication in repositioning the Commission and affirmed that the proposed partnership would play a vital role in strengthening service delivery.

In her remarks, Ms. Modie said the partnership would cover training in strategic communication, technology, and design. She further acknowledged the Commission’s critical mandate, underscored the need for adequate funding, and pledged to help amplify the call for improved financial support in the overall interest of national security.
