The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Lagos State Command, on Monday, 22nd September 2025, convened a landmark State-Level Coordination Meeting on Critical National Assets and Infrastructure–National Protection and Policy Strategy (CNAI–NPPS). The event, held at the IHS Office in Ikoyi, Victoria Island, Lagos, brought together security agencies and industry stakeholders, marking a new milestone in the nation’s security architecture.
The summit served as a strategic platform for robust collaboration, with participants drawn from across the security sector and critical infrastructure industries. It underscored the urgent need for unified action to protect vital national assets and strengthen resilience against threats.
At the meeting, the concept of synergy was redefined as stakeholders exchanged intelligence, shared expertise, and deliberated on ethics and best practices. With a shared vision to safeguard critical assets, participants reaffirmed their commitment to building stronger partnerships for effective security delivery across the country.
