The State Commandant, Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) Katsina State Command, Commandant of Corps Aminu Datti Ahmad, has launched the distribution of the new Digital ID card at the Command Headquarters Katsina, Katsina State.

Assisted by the Head of ID Card Unit of the National Headquarters Abuja DCC Omibeku Sunday Omikunle, the Commandant praised the team for their commitment and dedication in ensuring seamless process

In his remarks before issuing the ID card to the personnel, Commandant Ahmad called on the personnel to take the ID card very seriously and avoid any act that would tarnish the image of the Corps.

Commandant Ahmad also conducted a visiting round to the new proposed Outpost that is undergoing construction in the Primary School of Janbango, within the old steel rolling housing estate. He made relevant observations for necessary corrections.

The State Commandant also joint other Service Chiefs to welcome the Chief of Air Staff Air Marshal HB Abubakar, at the Air Force Wing of the Umar Musa Yar’adua International Airport Katsina.

Ahmad accompanied the CAS to 213 FOB Katsina where he commissioned 3 major projects including 10×1 Officers accomodation, 20×1 Airmen/Airwomen Accomodation and a Church.
