The Nigerian Army has detained two soldiers, Privates Onasanya Ifeoluwa and Ukpai Onyinyechi, for allegedly providing unauthorized security and escort services at the high profile wedding of social media personalities Peller and Jarvis in Lekki, Lagos State.

The development follows the circulation of viral videos showing the soldiers, dressed in military uniforms, escorting guests and clearing pathways for movement during the event. The footage quickly gained widespread attention on social media, generating intense public discussion over the appropriateness of the soldiers’ conduct.
