According to the organisers, the conference will be held under the Chief Speakership of the Minister of Defence, General Christopher Musa, who is expected to address participants on the nation’s security situation and ongoing efforts to strengthen national defence and internal stability.
The Governor of Gombe State, Alhaji Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya, will serve as Chairman of the event and is also expected to speak on the importance of collaboration between government institutions and security agencies in addressing insecurity and promoting development.

The summit will also feature keynote addresses, panel discussions, and awards recognising individuals and institutions that have made significant contributions to national security, public safety, and community development.
