Federal Fire Service Commended for Swift Response to Fire at Civil Service Headquarters in Abuja


The leadership of the Federal Fire Service has been commended for its swift response to a fire incident at the Office of the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation in Abuja, where firefighters successfully brought the situation under control.
According to a press statement, personnel of the Federal Fire Service responded promptly to the emergency after a fire broke out within the premises of the federal government building. The rapid intervention of firefighters helped to contain the blaze and prevent it from spreading to other sections of the facility.
The leadership and operational team of the Service were praised for their professionalism, coordination, and commitment to protecting lives and government property during the incident. Their quick mobilisation and effective firefighting efforts were described as critical in managing the situation.
