The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps NSCDC Jigawa State Command has promoted a total of thirty-nine 39 officers and men including the Command Public Relations Officer CPRO ASC Badruddeen Tijjani Mahmud in recognition of their dedication professionalism and meritorious service.
