CIVIL–MILITARY AFFAIRS CHIEF SEEKS STRONGER PARTNERSHIP DURING VISIT TO DG NATIONAL ORIENTATION AGENCY

In a renewed effort to strengthen institutional collaboration and deepen existing partnerships, the Chief of Civil–Military Affairs, Major General Musa Awal Estu-Ndagi, paid a courtesy visit to the Director General of the National Orientation Agency (NOA), Mallam Isa Onilu, on Friday, 12 December 2025.

Major General Estu-Ndagi expressed appreciation for the cordial relationship already established between the Nigerian Army and the Agency. He emphasized the need to further enhance cooperation in promoting national security, public enlightenment, and civil engagement. He assured the DG that the Nigerian Army remains committed to sustaining the partnership for greater results that will benefit both the Department of Civil–Military Affairs and the NOA.

In his response, Mallam Onilu thanked the Chief of Civil–Military Affairs for prioritising the visit so early in his tenure. He commended the sacrifices and dedication of the Nigerian military in combating criminal elements across the country and pledged the Agency’s continued support toward achieving the Department’s mandate.

The DG further noted that increased dialogue, collaboration, and joint initiatives between the Nigerian Army and the NOA will enhance effective public enlightenment and deepen citizen engagement on national policies and security issues.

Accompanying the Chief of Civil–Military Affairs were the Deputy Director, Civil–Military Affairs, Brigadier General N. N. Gambo; Assistant Director Administration, Lieutenant Colonel B. O. Evwiehor; Assistant Director Legal, Major Joel R. Mamza; and Acting Director, Information Management, Department of Civil–Military Affairs, Major Ojo Adenegan.
