Federal Fire Service Gombe Controller Participates in Maiden End-of-Year MDAs Dinner

The State Controller of the Federal Fire Service, Gombe State Command, DCF Sulaiman Mohammed Suleiman, attended the maiden End-of-Year Dinner organised by the Forum of Heads of Federal MDAs. The event, held at the National Library Hall opposite the International Hotel in Gombe, was attended by senior officials and was graced by the Controller’s presence alongside his Secretary.

The gathering brought together heads of federal ministries, departments, and agencies across the security, safety, and civil service sectors. It served as a platform to strengthen inter-agency cooperation, deepen institutional collaboration, and promote improved synergy among federal establishments operating within the state.

Under the leadership of DCF S.M. Suleiman, the Federal Fire Service Gombe State Command reaffirmed its commitment to supporting collective initiatives aimed at enhancing public safety, operational efficiency, and national development. The Controller emphasized that building relationships among agencies is essential for effective service delivery and improved response to emergencies within the state.

He noted that events such as the dinner foster mutual understanding, encourage information sharing, and help create a unified front in addressing security and safety challenges. According to him, sustained dialogue and collaboration will remain key priorities for the Command as it continues to strengthen its presence across the state.

Participants at the event expressed appreciation for the maiden gathering, describing it as a timely initiative that promotes unity and inter-agency solidarity. They called for the dinner to become an annual tradition, noting that it plays an important role in advancing cooperation among federal institutions for the benefit of the people of Gombe State.
