FFS Gombe Command Hosts Interior Ministry Delegation for Q3 & Q4 SERVICOM Customer Satisfaction Assessment

The Federal Fire Service (FFS), Gombe State Command, on Friday hosted a delegation from the Federal Ministry of Interior on an official visit to conduct the 3rd and 4th Quarter Customer Satisfaction and Service Delivery (SERVICOM) Survey.

The delegation was warmly received by the State Controller, DCF Suleiman Mohammed Suleiman, at his office in the Federal Secretariat, Gombe. The team was led by Mrs. Sarah Mandoni, accompanied by Mrs. Atta.

During the assessment, the delegation expressed satisfaction with the high level of cleanliness, orderliness, and overall serenity within the Command’s office environment. They also commended the smart appearance, professionalism, and discipline displayed by officers and men on duty.

The team further praised the Public Relations Unit for its effective public engagement, noting the Command’s well-managed and widely followed Facebook page, which has become a dependable channel for public complaints, inquiries, and commendations.

Consistent with SERVICOM standards, the delegation also acknowledged the Command’s commitment to maintaining a functional system of rewards and discipline, highlighting that such measures promote efficiency, accountability, and improved service delivery.

At the conclusion of the visit, the team commended the State Controller, DCF Suleiman Mohammed Suleiman, for his purposeful leadership and applauded the collective dedication of officers and men of the Command in enhancing service delivery and strengthening public confidence.
