Nigeria’s Controller General of the Federal Fire Service, CG Samuel Adeyemi Olumode, has been announced as the Chief Guest Speaker at the 2025 People’s Security Monitor Security Summit and Recognition Awards.
According to the organisers, CG Adeyemi will deliver a keynote address titled “Institutional Renewal for the Fire Service: A Blueprint for Effective Response.” His presentation is expected to highlight the strategic reforms, operational upgrades, and institutional strengthening required to reposition the Fire Service for faster, smarter, and more coordinated emergency response nationwide.
The high-profile summit is scheduled to hold on Wednesday, 10 December 2025, at the Nigeria National Merit Award House, Maitama, Abuja, beginning at 10:00 a.m. prompt.
The 2025 edition of the event is set to convene a broad spectrum of stakeholders including security leaders, policymakers, emergency management experts, disaster-response organisations, and representatives of key national institutions. Discussions will centre on improving public safety frameworks, enhancing inter-agency collaboration, and promoting best practices in national and community-level security.
