COMMANDANT BRAH UMORU TO BE HONOURED WITH THE 2025 EXEMPLARY SECURITY LEADERSHIP AWARD

The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps NSCDC Nasarawa State Command proudly announces that the State Commandant Commandant Brah Samson Umoru has been selected by the Peoples Security Monitor to receive the Exemplary Leadership and Outstanding Security Management Award 2025.

The prestigious award ceremony is scheduled to hold on 10 December 2025 at the Nigeria National Merit Award House Maitama Abuja. This honour acknowledges Commandant Umoru’s unwavering dedication, strategic leadership, and exceptional contributions to security management in Nasarawa State and across the nation.

Since assuming office Commandant Brah has consistently demonstrated exceptional commitment to public safety strengthened interagency synergy and enhanced the operational effectiveness of the Corps. His reform driven leadership rooted in professionalism discipline intelligence led operations and community based security has earned him widespread respect among security stakeholders and the public.

This recognition by Peoples Security Monitor stands as a testament to his passion for protecting lives safeguarding critical national assets and upholding the core values and mandate of the NSCDC under the visionary leadership of the Commandant General Prof. Ahmed Abubakar Audi mni OFR.

Reacting to the nomination personnel of the Nasarawa State Command expressed great pride and extended heartfelt congratulations to their State Commandant for achieving yet another significant milestone.
