NAF Conducts Precision Strike, Neutralizes Terrorist Base in Sambisa

The Nigerian Air Force (NAF), acting under the directive of the Chief of the Air Staff, has successfully executed a precise airstrike on 19 November 2025 at ARRA, a major terrorist hideout in the Sambisa Forest. The strike was carried out by the Air Component of Operation HADIN KAI after continuous intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) missions tracked terrorist movements linked to the 17 October attack on troops at KASHOMRI.

ISR monitoring confirmed suspicious activities and active terrorist structures in ARRA, leading to a well-coordinated, intelligence-driven air operation. NAF aircraft engaged all designated targets through multiple precision attack runs.

The operation achieved total destruction of the identified terrorist facilities, significantly weakening their operational capabilities and disrupting their command and logistics networks.

This mission reaffirms the Nigerian Air Force’s commitment to protecting the nation, supporting ground forces, dismantling terrorist elements, and ensuring lasting peace and security across Nigeria.
