The State Commandant of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Jigawa State Command, Commandant Muhammad Kabiru Ingawa, has embarked on a series of strategic courtesy visits to heads of sister security agencies within the state. The initiative aims to strengthen collaboration, enhance intelligence sharing, and improve joint operational efficiency across security formations.
During the visits, Commandant Ingawa met with CC Ahmed Yusuf Lakpene (FSI), Controller of the Nigeria Correctional Service, Jigawa State Command, and T. A. Musa, Comptroller of the Nigeria Immigration Service, Jigawa State Command.
He commended both officers for their dedication and professionalism in the discharge of their duties, emphasizing the critical importance of coordinated efforts in addressing security challenges and ensuring the safety of lives, property, and national assets across Jigawa State.
In their responses, CC Lakpene and Comptroller Musa applauded Commandant Ingawa’s proactive leadership and reaffirmed their commitment to continued collaboration with the NSCDC. They underscored the importance of unity among security agencies in achieving a more secure and peaceful state.
Commandant Ingawa reiterated that the visits form part of his continuous drive to foster robust inter-agency relationships, encourage proactive engagement, and promote best practices in security management for the collective good of the citizenry.
