NSCDC Jigawa Commandant Charges Officers on Integrity, Professionalism and Dedication

The State Commandant of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Jigawa State Command, Commandant Muhammad Kabiru Ingawa, has urged officers and men of the Command to uphold integrity, discipline, and professionalism in the discharge of their duties.

Addressing personnel during the Monday Muster Parade, Commandant Ingawa cautioned against corruption, bribery, and any form of extortion, noting that such practices are against the ethics and core values of the Corps. He emphasized that every officer must remain a symbol of honesty and service to the nation.

The Commandant also encouraged officers to embrace opportunities for inter-state postings, training, and collaborations to broaden their experience, learn best practices, and enhance operational efficiency.

According to him, such exposure will not only strengthen individual capacity but also improve the overall performance of the Corps in fulfilling its mandate of protecting lives, property, and critical national infrastructure.
