NSCDC KATSINA COMMANDANT PRESENTS LETTER OF CREDENCE TO GOVERNOR RADDA

The Katsina State Commandant of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Commandant of Corps DM Abbas (Acti, Anim), has officially presented his letter of credence to the Executive Governor of Katsina State, His Excellency Mallam Dikko Umaru Radda.

The presentation took place on Monday, 29th September 2025, at the Muhammadu Buhari House, Katsina.

During the ceremony, Commandant Abbas conveyed the warm regards of the NSCDC Commandant General, Professor Ahmed Abubakar Audi, mni, OFR, to Governor Radda. He noted that his visit was to formally present his credentials and reaffirm his commitment to implementing effective strategies to safeguard lives and property, as well as protect critical national assets and infrastructure across the State.

In his response, Governor Radda welcomed the new Commandant and assured him of the State Government’s full support for the Corps in the fight against crime and insecurity. He further commended the NSCDC for its vital role in strengthening security and maintaining peace in Katsina State.
