ANTI-VANDAL UNIT HEAD REVAMPS OPERATIONAL VEHICLES TO BOOST READINESS

The newly appointed Head of the Anti-Vandal Unit, DSC Dogo Yohana, on Tuesday, 26th August 2025, presented a fully refurbished operational vehicle to the State Commandant for inspection at the Command Headquarters.

The upgraded vehicle — a Buffalo-style Hilux configured as a gun truck — marks the second such refurbishment carried out under DSC Dogo’s leadership. The initiative is part of his efforts to enhance operational capacity within the unit.

During the inspection, State Commandant Bashar Hussaini commended DSC Dogo for restoring value to the previously unserviceable vehicle and for improving the unit’s operational preparedness. He also encouraged other officers in key positions to emulate the gesture and strive to leave lasting legacies through impactful contributions.
