PLATEAU NSCDC DEPLOYS 1,784 OPERATIVES TO TAKE CHARGE OF SECURITY AHEAD OF 2025 EID EL KABIR

Ahead of the 2025 Eid el-Kabir celebration, the State Commandant of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Ishaku Musa, has directed the immediate deployment of 1,784 personnel to beef up security in the state and its environs before, during, and after the Sallah period.

While briefing officers and men at the state headquarters, Commandant Musa ordered enhanced security measures across all flashpoints and worship grounds in the 17 local government areas of the state.

He also extended his felicitations to the Muslim Ummah, wishing them a fruitful 2025 Eid el-Kabir celebration. Ishaku reiterated the Corps’ commitment to the protection of Critical National Assets and Infrastructure, as well as the safety of lives and property.

He emphasized that the Corps will leave no stone unturned in dealing decisively with miscreants, criminals, and vandals attempting to disrupt the relative peace currently enjoyed in the state.
