COMMANDANT AHMAD RECEIVES PEACE GOLDEN ACCOLADES 2025, HOSTS YOUTH MOBILIZERS FOR PEACE AND PROGRESS FORUM

The Network for Good Governance and Transparency (NGGT) a non governmental organization committed to promoting peace conferred an honour to NSCDC Katsina State Command under the able leadership of Commandant of Corps Aminu Datti Ahmad fsf, MADM today Thursday 29th May, 2025 at Bello Kofar Bai Conference Hall Katsina State Secretariat, Katsina.

The award Peace Golden Accolades 2025 (Peace Ambassador Award 2025) was presented at the celebration of Peacekeepers Day 2025 with title “peace begins with me” let us unite and make a peaceful nation organized by NGGT Nigeria.

Presenting the award on behalf of the Network, the Grand Khadi of Katsina State, Alh Muhammad Kabir Abubakar said the award was presented in recognition of the Corps commitment to peace, safety and security for the people of the State.

Commandant Ahmad commended the organizers for recognizing the Peacekeepers Day with special celebration.He further urged the body to continue to promote peace in all spheres of lives

In another development, the State Commandant received the Chairman Youth Mobilizers for Peace and Progress Forum Mallam Abdurrahaman Hamza Mai Yanka and his team on a courtesy visit in his Office.

The visit was meant to strengthen community engagement and collaboration with the Corps with view to promote peace, safety and security in Katsina State.

Commandant Ahmad welcomed the team and assured the Corps commitment to collaborate with the forum in promoting peace and security in the State.
