
The newly deployed State Commandant of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Jigawa State Command, Commandant Bala Bawa Bodinga has paid a courtesy visit to the Secretary to the State Government, Malam Bala Ibrahim, at his office in Dutse.
During the visit, Commandant Bodinga took delivery of three brand-new motorcycles donated by the Jigawa State Government. This gesture is part of the government’s ongoing commitment to strengthening security infrastructure and enhancing the operational effectiveness of security agencies across the state.
In his remarks, Commandant Bodinga expressed sincere appreciation for the donation, noting that the motorcycles will significantly boost the Corps’ mobility and response capabilities, especially in remote and hard-to-reach areas. He reaffirmed the NSCDC’s dedication to working collaboratively with the State Government to ensure the safety and security of all residents in Jigawa.
Responding, Malam Bala Ibrahim emphasized the State Government’s resolve to continually support security agencies by providing the necessary tools and resources required for optimal performance.
He assured the NSCDC and other agencies of continued cooperation in the collective mission to maintain peace and order throughout the state.
