Commandant Shafi’u Abdulmumini, the Helmsman of the Kano Command of
the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), has reaffirmed
the exemplary leadership of Commandant General of the NSCDC, Dr. Ahmed
Abubakar Audi, highlighting the Corps’ exceptional administrative
efficiency and world-class achievements as enduring pillars of its
success story already attained under the leadership of CG Audi.

Commandant Abdulmumini disclosed this during a colourful official
presentation of CG Ahmed Audi’s fourth edition of the yearly
Compendium of Achievements at the State NSCDC headquarters in Kano,
the Kano State capital, last week.

“In all ramifications, and with all the facts at my disposal, the
leadership of CG Audi has indeed, to a very large extent, taken the
NSCDC to an enviable global standard. Indeed, we crave more time and
opportunities for him to further build on a highly productive and
result-oriented leadership. In the last four years, I boldly state
that CG Audi has turned around the fortunes of the NSCDC, and
obviously, all of us are beneficiaries. His administration has
corrected a great number of abnormalities that had bedeviled the Corps
for years. This is the main reason we should all advocate for the
sustainability of this good work—we do not need a break in excellent
performance,” Commandant Abdulmumumini said.
