EID –FITR SALLAH CELEBRATION: NIGERIA SECURITY AND CIVIL DEFENCE CORPS (NSCDC) GOMBE STATE COMMAND DEPLOYS 900 PERSONNEL

Commandant Gyama Gyawiya, State Commandant, Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) Gombe State Command, has deployed 900 Officers and Men to ensure a hitch-free Eid-Fitr Sallah celebration.

The deployment is aimed at:

  • Securing Worship Grounds: Ensuring all worship places are fully secured for hitch-free worship.
  • Traffic Management: Ensuring free flow of traffic and crowd control at all venues of celebration.
  • Interagency Collaboration: Synergizing with other agencies to effect a hitch-free celebration.
  • Protecting Lives and Property: Protecting lives and property throughout the state.
  • Securing Critical Assets: Protecting critical National assets, including public and private infrastructure.
  • Maintaining Law and Order: Maintaining law and order throughout the state before, during, and after the Sallah celebration.

Commandant Gyama wishes all Muslim faithfuls and residents of Gombe happy Sallah celebration, assuring that the NSCDC is committed to ensuring a peaceful and secure environment.
