Our correspondent learnt that the crisis ensued between the people of Omege Agalagu and Ukwuinyima in the council area.

Details of what led to the clash were still uncertain, but a community source who spoke to our correspondent in confidence for fear of attack said the crisis was because of a fight that occurred in November 2024 when a woman who was allegedly raped and killed was buried.
