Mining Marshals Celebrate Solid Minerals Minister Alake on Birthday, Laud Transformational Leadership

The Mining Marshals have extended warm felicitations to the Honourable Minister of Solid Minerals Development, Dr Henry Dele Alake, on the occasion of his birthday, describing him as a visionary leader whose reforms have continued to reposition Nigeria’s mining sector for sustainable growth and national development.

In a goodwill message, the Mining Marshals commended Dr Alake’s dedication, courage and unwavering commitment to the transformation of the solid minerals industry, noting that his leadership has brought renewed focus to the sector and strengthened efforts aimed at curbing illegal mining across the country.

The Marshals further acknowledged the Minister’s support for initiatives designed to protect Nigeria’s mineral resources, enhance regulatory compliance and create an enabling environment for legitimate mining activities to thrive.

They noted that his policy direction has contributed significantly to improving investor confidence and boosting the sector’s contribution to the national economy.

The statement expressed appreciation for the Minister’s steadfast commitment to transparency, accountability and the development of a robust mining industry capable of generating employment opportunities and driving economic diversification.

The Mining Marshals prayed that Dr Alake’s new age would be blessed with good health, renewed strength, divine wisdom and even greater accomplishments in his service to the nation and humanity.

The birthday message was signed by ACC Attah John Onoja, Commander, Mining Marshals, who wished the Minister many more years of impactful leadership, fulfilment and success.
