The Management and Editorial Board of People’s Security Monitor warmly congratulate the Commander of the NSCDC Mining Marshals, ACC John Attah Onoja, on his well deserved Meritorious Award presented by the Commandant General of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, Professor Ahmed Abubakar Audi, mni, OFR.
