The Governor of Ondo State, Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa, on Friday commissioned ten patrol vehicles to strengthen security operations across the state.
Governor Aiyedatiwa disclosed that Sunbeth Global Concept, led by Olasunkanmi Owoeye, donated ten high grade Toyota Hilux vehicles to support security agencies in the discharge of their duties. He noted that the donation reflects private sector commitment to the safety and stability of the state.
The vehicles were distributed among key security formations, including the Nigeria Police Force, the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, the Nigerian Army, the Nigerian Air Force, airport security services and the Anti Land Grabbing Task Force.
Receiving the vehicle on behalf of the Corps, Commandant Oluyemi Ibiloye expressed appreciation to the Governor for the continued support given to security agencies. He pledged the commitment of the Command to enhanced collaboration with sister agencies to improve safety and protect lives and property in the state.
The state government has donated seven Toyota Hilux vans to the NSCDC since the assumption of office of Commandant Ibiloye, demonstrating sustained investment in strengthening the operational capacity of the Corps in Ondo State.
