Air Chief Pays Courtesy Visit to Former Air Force Leader, Reaffirms Commitment to Institutional Legacy


Air Marshal Sunday Kelvin Aneke has paid a courtesy visit to former Chief of the Air Staff, Air Vice Marshal Femi John Femi, as part of efforts to strengthen the bonds between past and present leadership within the Nigerian Air Force.
The visit underscores the Service’s unwavering commitment to recognising and honouring leaders who have played significant roles in shaping its history and growth over the years.
Speaking during the visit, the Chief of the Air Staff emphasised that engaging with former leaders is essential to preserving the institution’s rich heritage and institutional memory. He noted that such interactions provide valuable insights that continue to guide the Service’s operations and strategic direction.
He further stated that the Nigerian Air Force remains committed to upholding the enduring values of discipline, sacrifice, and excellence instilled by its past commanders, as it continues to fulfil its constitutional mandate of defending the nation’s territorial integrity.
