The Nasarawa State Commandant of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Commandant Brah Samson Umoru, has paid a condolence visit to the Nasarawa State Accountant-General, Rt. Hon. Dr. Musa Ahmed Mohammed, following the death of the Head of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in the Accountant-General’s Office.
During the visit, Commandant Umoru expressed deep sympathy to the Accountant-General, the management of the office, and the bereaved family, describing the loss as a painful one not only to the office but to the entire state civil service. He offered prayers for the peaceful repose of the soul of the deceased and asked God to grant the family the strength to bear the irreparable loss.
In his response, the Accountant-General thanked the NSCDC Commandant for the condolence visit, noting that the gesture reflected solidarity and compassion. He also commended the NSCDC for its sustained support and cooperation with state institutions, particularly in promoting a safe and stable working environment.
