The Federal Fire Service (FFS), in collaboration with Titans Holdings Limited and the Pan African Leadership and Management Institute, has concluded a five-day Executive Training on Strategic Leadership with the presentation of certificates and awards to participants.
The training programme was designed to strengthen leadership capacity and enhance strategic decision-making among senior officers, in line with ongoing reforms aimed at improving service delivery within the Federal Fire Service.
Speaking at the closing ceremony on behalf of the Controller General, Federal Fire Service, Olumode Samuel Adeyemi, the Deputy Controller General in charge of Federal Operations, DCG K. K. Ajasa, urged participants to demonstrate the core values of effective leadership, including integrity, strategic thinking, discipline, accountability, and dedication to public service.
He further reaffirmed the Controller General’s commitment to sustained capacity building, describing it as a key driver of operational efficiency, professionalism, and improved emergency response capabilities across the Service.
