NSCDC Binji Division Receives Daylong Motorcycle Donation from Former Lawmaker, Hon. Sa’adu Nabunkari

As part of ongoing efforts to strengthen security operations across Binji Local Government Area of Sokoto State, former Member of the House of Representatives, Hon. Sa’adu Nabunkari, has donated one Daylong Motorcycle to the NSCDC Binji Divisional Office.

The Divisional Officer, SC Bello Namadina, received the motorcycle on Wednesday, 5th November, 2025, in Binji LGA. The mobility asset is expected to serve as a strategic operational tool to boost surveillance, intelligence gathering, and rapid emergency response within Binji and surrounding communities.

Speaking at the State Command Headquarters, the State Commandant, CC E.A. Ajayi, commended the generosity and foresight of Hon. Nabunkari and the Binji community, describing the donation as a clear demonstration of their commitment to peace and collective security.

The Commandant emphasized:
“Security is a shared responsibility. We sincerely appreciate the magnanimity, effort, and commitment of the people toward the NSCDC and other security agencies. This gesture reflects the community’s strategic support and concern for improved security operations aimed at safeguarding lives and property.”

The District Head of Binji (Wakilin Binji) also applauded the NSCDC for its proactive approach to community policing, expressing confidence that the new logistics support will contribute significantly to reducing crime in the area.

Similarly, the Chairman of Binji LGA, Hon. Dikko Nabunkari Jamali, praised the initiative of the former lawmaker, describing it as a positive step toward promoting peace and sustainable development in Binji LGA.

Stakeholders in attendance pledged continued cooperation and support to security agencies in Binji LGA, reaffirming their commitment to strengthening community-based security initiatives in the area.
