COMMANDANT MORIKI PAYS COURTESY VISIT TO HON. COMMISSIONER, MINISTRY OF INTERNAL SECURITY AND HOME AFFAIRS, KATSINA

The State Commandant of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Katsina State Command, Commandant of Corps AD Moriki, today, Tuesday 7th October 2025, paid a courtesy visit to the Honourable Commissioner of the Ministry of Internal Security and Home Affairs, Dr. Nasiru Mu’azu Danmusa, at Muhammadu Buhari House, Katsina State.

During the visit, Commandant Moriki commended the commitment of Governor Mallam Dikko Umaru Radda, PhD, CON to ensuring peace and security across Katsina State. He also expressed gratitude to the Commissioner for his continuous support, cooperation, and contributions to the Corps’ operations in the State. The Commandant further appreciated the warm reception extended to him and his team during the visit.

Commandant Moriki highlighted the dedication of the Commandant General, Professor Ahmed Abubakar Audi, to addressing insecurity in the Northwest region and across the nation. He affirmed his readiness to collaborate with the Ministry in tackling the security challenges affecting Katsina State.

In response, the Honourable Commissioner reaffirmed Governor Radda’s leadership commitment to combating insecurity in the State. He also acknowledged the notable successes achieved by the current administration in addressing security challenges within a short period. Dr. Nasiru warmly welcomed the State Commandant to his office and assured him of a continued harmonious working relationship with NSCDC in Katsina State.
