A Leader of Impact: Fire Service Controller Felicitates with Prof. Audi at 58

The Controller General of the Federal Fire Service, Samuel Adeyemi Olumode, has congratulated the Commandant General of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Professor Ahmed Abubakar Audi, on the occasion of his 58th birthday. He described Prof. Audi’s life as a shining example of patriotism, reform-driven leadership, and unwavering service to the nation, noting that his contributions to national security continue to inspire respect and admiration across sister security agencies.

Olumode commended the far-reaching reforms introduced by Prof. Audi since his assumption of office, which have redefined the NSCDC’s place in Nigeria’s security architecture. He highlighted Audi’s leadership in strengthening the Corps’ capacity to protect critical national assets and infrastructure, expanding intelligence operations, and improving the welfare and training of officers. These efforts, he said, have restored public confidence and positioned the Corps as a vital partner in safeguarding lives and property across the country.

In his goodwill message, the Fire Service Controller General prayed for Prof. Audi’s continued good health, wisdom, and strength to sustain the transformation he has begun. He expressed optimism that the new year of his life would usher in greater success as he continues to lead the NSCDC to higher heights in service to the nation.
