COMMANDANT AHMAD ATTENDS NBA KATSINA 2025 LAW WEEK

The State Commandant, Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) Katsina State Command, Commandant of Corps Aminu Datti Ahmad fsf, MADM, FCAI, graced the 2025 law week organized by the Katsina branch of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA)at the Conference Hall of the Local Government Service Commission Katsina.

The Conference is part of the Law Week activities by the Lawyers of the branch, themed, Collaboration Between the Bar Bench and Traditional Institutions: A gateway To Peace, Security and Development which was chaired by the former President of the Court of Appeal Hon. Justice Umaru Abdullahi, CFR

The event was attended by His Excellency the Deputy Governor Mallam Faruk Lawal Jobe,representing His Excellency the Governor, others included the Chief Judge Justice Musa Danladi Abubakar, Attorney General and Commissioner of Justice Haj. Fadila Mohammed Dikko, Commissioner of Internal Security and Home Affairs Dr. Nasiru Mua’zu Danmusa and NBA president Mr. Afam Osigwe, SAN.

In another development, the State Commandant received the Operations Manager-Africa Lantern rescue Mr. Jacob Hickey, State Coordinator, Association of Women Living with HIV and AIDS in Nigeria (ASWHAN) Haj. Asiya Shehu Korau and State Chairman, Katsina State Drama Artists and Cultural Reintegration Forum, Alhaji Musa Abubakar Wakili on courtesy visits.

In their separate remarks, the various leaders expressed much appreciation for the warm reception accorded to them and their teams during the visit.The visits were meant to strengthen collaboration and cooperation between NSCDC Katsina Command and the organizations.

In his separate remarks, Commandant Ahmad welcomed the various teams to the Command and assured the support and cooperation of NSCDC Katsina to the respective organizations.
