The Commander 4 Special Forces Command, Major General Hilary Nzan, today Tuesday, July 29, 2025 has flagged off welfare buses for the personnel and their families at the Nigerian Army Cantonment Doma, Nasarawa State.

In his remarks, Major General Nzan emphasized that one of the key qualities of good leadership is prioritizing the welfare of subordinates.
