
The Plateau State Helmsman of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Commandant Ishaku Musa, has paid an official inspection visit to the permanent site of the NSCDC Command and Staff College. Future, Jos East, Plateau State, which is under construction ahead of the NSCDC Commandant General, Dr. Ahmed Audi’s duty tour of the training college next week.
Commandant Ishaku Musa, accompanied by some of his principal officers, went around the mega training college to ascertain the level of work and compliance with ethical standards in the ongoing massive construction at the site.
The training college, sitting on hundreds of acres of land, comprises a series of departments and a standard parade ground.
It also incorporates classy hostels and state-of-the-art offices for students and lecturers respectively.
When completed, the top-of-the-class training institution is expected to also serve trainees from other security institutions.
Speaking shortly after the inspection, Commandant Ishaku Musa, expressed his gratitude to the Commandant General of the NSCDC, Dr. Ahmed Audi, for his foresight in establishing a world-class training college for the Corps, stating that this legacy will remain relevant and invaluable to the NSCDC.
