OPERATIONAL TOUR 2025: CG AHMED ABUBAKAR AUDI VISITS KATSINA COMMAND, CHARGES PERSONNEL ON SAFEGUARDING CRITICAL NATIONAL ASSETS AND INFRASTRUCTURE

The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) Katsina State Command welcome the Commandant General Ahmed Abubakar Audi on a 2025 operational tour today Saturday 3rd May, 2025.

CG Audi was received on arrival in the State by the Commandant College for Peace and Disaster Management (CPCDM) Katsina, ACG Babangida Abdullahi Dutsanma, Katsina State Commandant Aminu Datti Ahmad and the Management team.

Shortly after his arrival, the Commandant General visited the NSCDC College for Peace and Disaster Management (CPCDM) Katsina and inspected relevant facilities within the institution.At Katsina State Command, CG inspected the newly renovated quarter guard, unveiled the newly constructed ultra modern photo stand, Rapid Response Squard and briefly inspected some of the achievements initiated by the State Commandant.Dr Audi later addressed officers and men of Katsina Command, commending their dedication and commitment to excellent.He charged personnel for more commitment and dedication on the Corps primary responsibility especially safeguarding Critical National Assets and Infrastructures.

The amiable and indefatigable Commandant General who is a highly erudite scholar emphasized on the importance of synergy and collaboration among security agencies to tackle the emerging security chellenges.

Dr Audi further warned officers and men to desist from fraudulent activities such as employment scandals, emphasizing that the Corps would take decisive actions against erring personnel.
“We are not recruiting for now” the CG warned.

The CG reassured personnel that the Corps will continue to defend staff with integrity, improve their welfare, and enhance operational tools to ensure effective execution their duties.
