The Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) has acknowledged the new corporate headquarters address of the Vigilante Group of Nigeria (VGN), now officially located at 52B Ishaya Crescent, Setraco Gate, Gwarinpa Estate, Abuja. The development formalises the organisation’s new administrative address and further provides a central location for its national corporate operations.

The recognition by the CAC gives official corporate backing to the new address as the headquarters of the VGN, a community based security organisation with personnel and structures across various parts of the country. The change is expected to facilitate smoother administrative coordination and strengthen the organisation’s engagement with government institutions, security agencies, members of the public and other stakeholders.

The new headquarters is also expected to serve as a focal point for the VGN’s national coordination, documentation and administrative activities as the organisation continues to develop its structures and strengthen its role in supporting community security efforts. The CAC’s acknowledgement therefore represents an important administrative milestone in the continuing institutional development of the Vigilante Group of Nigeria.
