The National Chairman and Commander General of the Vigilante Group of Nigeria (VGN), Otunba James Udoma, on Monday, September 28, 2026, paid a courtesy visit to the Corps Marshal and Chief Executive of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), Shehu Mohammed, at the FRSC National Headquarters in Abuja.Otunba Udoma was received on behalf of the Corps Marshal by Assistant Corps Marshal Ibrahim M. Bazama, who represented the FRSC leadership during the visit.The meeting provided an opportunity for both organisations to strengthen existing institutional relationships, explore areas of mutual interest, and deepen collaboration in advancing public safety, security, and community service across the country.Discussions centred on enhancing cooperation between the VGN and FRSC, with a focus on supporting initiatives that promote road safety, community engagement, and national development.The VGN leadership expressed appreciation for the warm reception accorded to its delegation and reaffirmed its commitment to working closely with the FRSC and other relevant stakeholders in the collective interest of the nation.The visit underscored the shared commitment of both organisations to fostering strategic partnerships aimed at improving safety, security, and the wellbeing of Nigerians.
